Babs Rangaiah is a Columbia certified Executive Coach drawing upon 30+ years of experience as a marketing and transformation executive at blue-chip companies (IBM, Unilever & Paramount) as well as start-ups such as AGENCY.COM during the “dot com boom”.

While under his leadership, Unilever was recognized as one of the best and most innovative companies in its use of marketing. In 2008 & 2012, Unilever was named “Digital Marketer of the Year” by Advertising Age .
